Alakar Dake Tsakanin Sukari Ca Ciwon Suga

Da yawa a yankin kasashen nahiyar Afirka ana ganin sukari da a Ingilishi ake kira (White Sugar) yana da wata akaka da ciwon suga wato (Diabetes).

Masana har ila yau na cewa wannan ciwo ne da aka fi gado a mafi yawan lokaci – duk da yake a wasu lokutan kuma ko mutum bai yi gado ba, yana iya kamuwa da shi.

Sai dai kuma Dakta Salihu Ibrahim Kwaifa  wanda wani kwararran likita ne wanda yake Abuja, ya bayyana cewar wannan cuta a matsayin wata gazawar wani sinadari ce da ake kira (Insulin) ko kuma rashin sinadarin gaba daya a jikin mutum, wanda aikin sa shi ne tunkuda sikarin da yake cikin jinin mutum zuwa in da ya kamata ya je.

Wata kwararriyar masanaiya akan abinda aya shafi al’amuran abinci Malama Maijidda Badamasi Shu’aibu Burji ta bayyana cewra ce kan harkokin abinci da cututtukan da ke da alaka da abincin kai tsaye, ta bayyana cewar da akwai alakar sikari da ciwon-suga amma ba ta kai tsaya ba ce.

Shi sikarin kan sa ba ya kawo cutar ciwon-siga sai dai ya karawa ita cutar muni.

Kungiyar kula da lafiyaafiya ta Amurka ta ba da shawarwari akan cewa, dan shekara hudu zuwa shida ba a son ya sha sikari fiye da cokali biyar ko kuma kwaya biyar ta sikari mai iyali.

Hakanan ma  ko ‘yar shekarar 7 zuwa 10 kar ya wuce cokali shida na shayi kwatankwacin giram 24, daga shekarar 11 zuwa manya wadanda kuma  su basu wuce kilo 30 ba, cokali bakwai ya fi dacewa dasu su sha a rana.

Sai namiji babba lafiyayye cokali tara ya kamata ya sha kwatankwacin giram 38 a rana yayin da kuma babbar mace aka shawarce ta da ka da ta sha fiye da cokali shida daidai da giram 25.

Amma   wani abu daban shi ne ba a bayyana ko nawa ne masu fama da irin wannan cuta ya kamata su rika sha ba a ko wacce rana, saboda ko wanne da irin yadda matakin cutar tasa take a jikinsa.

Da kuma wadannan shawarwari za a iya samun takaitar hadarin wannan cuta, kama daga wanda yake da ita ko wanda ya ke da yiyuwar daukarta.

 

Masana a fannin kiwon lafiya sun bayyana cewar ba a cika samun sa’a ba ta warkewa daga cutar sikaro gaba daya ba wato tas, sai dai akan iya samun saukin da akan mantawa da cewar wane yana da cutar ciwon-suga.

Ana iya kiyaye wannan cuta ne ta hanyar kaurace wa abubuwan da kan iya ruruta wutar samun karfin cutar, da kuma wadanda suke samar da saukin shi ciwon.

Abincin da yake da (Fiber) wato mai hade da dusa wanda ba a cashe ta ba shi ne na farko da ya kamata a ce mara lafiyar ciwon-suga na mayar da hankali a kai wajen cin shi.

Hakanan ma nau’in ganyaye irin su alayyahu da gurji da karas latas da dai sauransu, sai ‘ya’yan itace da su ma suna matukar taimakawa wajen kwantar da wannan cuta a jikin dan adam.

“Abin da ya kamata mutane su sani shi ne ciwon-siga ba ciwo ba ne da ake iya yadawa wani kamar dai yadda Dokta Salihu Kwaifa ya bayyana”.

 

Nau’o’in Ciwon Suga:

  1. Akwai nau’in farko da ake kira Type 1- wanda mutanen da ba su gaji ciwon ba daga zuri’ar su ke fama da shi.

An fi samun sa a jikin kananan yara ko kuma daga kan ‘yan shekara 20 zuwa kasa.

Masu wannan nau’in cutar su ne mafi karanci a duniya, “domin kuwa yawansu bai wuce miliyan daya da digo biyu ba a duniya baki kaya, cewar Dakta Salihu Kwaifa” .

Masu wannan nau’in su ba su da sinadarin Insulin duka a jikinsu, kuma za a ga alamun suna dauke da ciwon saboda suna zuwa da rama da yawan fitsari da yawan jin kishirwa da kuma yawan shan ruwan, kamar yadda likitan ya zayyana.

“Abin da ya kamata mutane su sani shi ne ciwon-suga ba ciwo ba ne da ake iya yadawa wani kamar dai yadda Dakta Salihu ya ce,”

Abubuwan da suke janyo ciwon suga ga wadanda ba su gada ba:

Dakta Salihu har ila yau ya jero wasu manyan abubuwan da suke kara hadarin kamuwa da wannan cuta musamman ma gas u mutane wadanda su basu gaje ta bane, daga kowa, ga wadanda suka gada, kuma in aka samu wadannan abubuwa sai su kara fifita cigaban ita cutar.

1.Kiba: Ita kiba na daya daga cikin abubuwan da suke kasancewa sanadiyar kamuwa da wannan cutar, nauyi da tsayi su wuce misali.

2- Rashin motsa jiki: Wannan nshi me wani abu ne mai amfani ga wadanda suke yi, in yawanci shi a kullum mutum ya motsa jikinsa na akalla minti 30, kuma ya zama yana yin haka sau har hudu a mako. Ba dole ba ne sai an yi minti 30 din a lokacin guda amma kuma yana da matukar muhimmanci a rika  shi motsa jikin.
