Amfanin Ruwan Kokwamba A Jikin Dan’adam

Masana kiwon lafiya sun bayyana nau’ukan amfanin ruwan kokwamba a jikin dan’adam. Ruwan kokwamba ya zama sanannen ruwan sha ga masu son gyaran jiki, amma ba hakan yake ba a wajen gama garin mutane sanadiyar rashin sanin fa’idar ruwan wajen kiwon lafiya managarciya.

Ga kadan daga cikin hanyoyi da ruwan kokwamba zai amfani jikin Dan’adam.

Yalwar ruwa a jikin Dan’adam: Ruwa wani muhimmin jigo ne wajen gudanar da al’amuran jikin Dan’adam, ta yadda idan babu ruwa a jikin mutum zai tagayyara ya lalace. Adadin ruwa da ya kamata a ce mutum ya sha a kullum ya na danganta ne da yanayin jiki zuwa jiki. Kofi shi zuwa takwas na ruwan kokwamba zai samar da wadatacciyar lafiya a jikin Dan’adam, duk da sanin cewa ruwa wani abu ne da yake gundurar mutum da zarar ya koshi, amma ruwan kokwamba zai sanya mutum ya yi ta neman karin abinci, saboda dandanon shi da ya banbanta da na ruwa.

Hana yaduwar cutar daji (kansa): Kokwamba tana taimakawa wajen hana kamuwa da cutar daji sandiyar sunadaran ‘cucurbitacins’ da ‘lignans’ wadanda suke hana kamuwa da cutar kansa wanda wasu ke kiran ta da suna cutar daji. Amfani da ruwan kokwamba yana rage yaduwar cutar kansa da take kama ‘ya’yan maraina na mazakutar namiji.

Rage hawan jini: Yin amfani mai yawa da gishiri wanda yake kunshe da sinadarin ‘sodium’, yana assasa gamuwa da cutar hawan jini. Ita kuwa kokwamba tana dauke da sinadarin ‘potassium’ wanda yake wanko duk wani sinadarin na ‘sodium’ daga cikin kodar mutum, wadda daman ita ce mai rarraba amfani na duk wani nau’in abinci da mutum ya ci. Saboda haka, shan ruwan kokwamba yana kara sunadarin ‘potassium’ a jikin Dana’dam wanda yake taimakawa wajen hana samun cutar hawan jini.

Gyaran fata: Ruwan kokwamba yana sanya fata ta yi kyau fyas-fyas, domin ga mai shan ruwan kokwamba ko da yaushe jikinsa zai zama cikin wadaceccen ruwa don daman bushewar fat ita ke sanya fatar Dan’adam ta lalace.  Ruwan kokwamba yana hankado duk wani dafi ko gubar da take jikin fatar Dan’adam kuma kokwamba tana da sinadarin’bitamin B-5’ wanda ya ke magance kurajen fuska.

Domin haka, sai mu dage da shan ruwan kokwamba domin samun cikakken lafiya yadda ya kamata. Allah ya ba mu ikon yin amfani da wannan dama ta shan ruwan kokwamba.
