Dalilan Da Za Su Sa A Koma Amfani Da Cimakar ‘vegan Diet’

Wannan irin tsarin cin abincin ana kiranshi da sunan kayayyakin abinci da ya shafi tsirrai ko ganyaryaki, ko kuma wani tsarin cin abinci na vegan diet. Amma kuma sai dai wani abin tambaya da kuma za a bukaci amsar shi ne, me ya sa su ‘yan kasar ta Amurka da ma sauran wasu sassan na duniya sai ci gaba suke ta famar yi na wani kokari ta wajen rage cin nama cikin abincinsu ne? Ya shi al’amarin labarin ya ke ne a irin kasashen mu na Afirka ko hakan yana faruwa wato ko akwai suma wadanda suke da irin wancan akidar?

Duk kuwa da yake mun san cewar ta bangaren addini, musamman ma ace na musulunci, Allah ya halattawa mutane cin naman dabbobi daban- daban idan har sun bi ka’idar da addinin ya shinfida masu, to amma a wurin ‘yan vegan ba haka ne, shi al’amarin nasu yake ba. Akwai daliliai wadanda shuka shafi kula da lafiyar jiki, sau da yawa idan aka duba to za a ga cewar bari ko kuma rage cin nama wannan yana da matukar kyau.
Ga dai dalilan wadanda suka kasance kamar haka:

Rage Hadarin Kamuwa Da Cututtukan Da Suka Shafi Zuciya Da Kuma Sikari:

Wani likita a kasar Amurka mai suna Dokta Caldwell Esselstyne ya tabbar da cewar yana taimakawa marasa lafiya, wadanda suke jinya a wurinsa, ta hanyar sa su cin abinci vegan diet kawai. Kuma ya tabbatar da cewar wannan tsarin cin abinci ya taimakawa mutane marasa lafiya daban-daban, wasu daga cikin su ma har an samu yin nasarar warkar da cuta irin ta sikari nau’i na biyu da yake damuwar su.

Kariya Daga Cutar Sankara Wato Kansa Da Ma Wasu Cututtuka Masu Matukar Matsala Na Zamani:
Cin abincin vegan diet na da matukar amfani ga lafiya, domin kuwa cikin nau’oin abincinsu akwai abubuwa wadanda suke kara lafiya da kuma bayar da kariya daga cututtuka masu yawa. Suna da sinadaran da ake kira da suna antiodidants da kuma phytonutrients wadanda ke yaki da samuwar wau kwayoyin halitta da ake kira a kimiyyance da suna free radicals masu haddasa lalacewar kwayoyin halitta na wasu abubuwan da suke jikin dan adam da kuma haifar da inflammation wato matsala wadda ta kan iya shafar lafiyar jiki. Ga kuma lalacewar wasu abubuwa na cikin jiki wanda kan haifar da cututtuka kamar su kansa da kuma wadanda suke alaka dasu. Bugu da kari kuma bincike ya tabbatar da cewar idan mutum ya mai da hankalin shi kan abincin bda ya fi dace da shi, vegan diet zai rage hadarin kamuwa daga hawan jini da yawa da ga cututtuka irinsa.
Hukumar lafiya ta duniya, da aka fi sani da suna World Health Organization, wadda ta tabbatar da cewar naman da ake sarrafawa, wato irin naman da aka sarrafa shi aka sa shi cikin gwangwani da sauran wasu abubuwa da ake sa naman da aka sarrafa a kimiyyance, ma’ana irin wannan yana taimakawa wajen kamuwa da cutar kansa. Hakanan man sun ce jan nama ma watakila na iya haifar da cutar kansa. Sai kuma akawai da yawan bincike da aka gudanar a kafofin bincike na kasashen Turai da su China wanda ya alakanta ciwon kansa da cin abinci da suka fito a jikin dabbobi. Bugu da kari kuma a ko da yaushe muka samu ziyartar likitoci su kan bamu shawarwari na mu rage cin nama,musamman idan shekaru suka fara ja. Saboda haka cin abinci da ya kunshi zallar tsirrai ko kuma ganyaryaki ai ba wani laifi ba ne, musamman ma idan aka yi la’akari da hadarin da yake tattare da yin hakan.
