Nau’in Abinci Bakwai Masu Amfani Ga Maza

Bukatar  a samu kyaukyawar rayuwa ta gari wadda zata samar da cikakkiyar lafiya tsakanin mace da namiji, da akwai bukatar a samu wani sinadari na kayayyakin abinci, da zasu bada irin samfurin abubuwan da ake bukata, saboda mace da namiji kowa da nau’i na sinadarin abincin da ya dace da shi.
