Nazari Kan Rushe Almajiranci Da Gwamnonin Arewacin Nijeriya Suka Yi (I)

Ina farawa da sunan Allah mai Rahma mai jin kai! Tsira da aminci su kara tabbata ga shugaban Annabawa wanda ya zo mana da shiriya (Al-kur’ani) da Alayensa da Sahabbansa wadanda suka bi tafarkinsa har zuwa ranar karshe.
Wannan bincike nawa zan so in takaita shi sosai saboda masu karatu su samu damar karantawa cikin sauki. Ba zan tsaya bayyana ma’anar kalmar Almajirci ko almajiri ba, kuma ba zan tsaya ina bincike akan halaccin Bara ko haramcinta ba da sauran abubuwa da suke da alaka da haka.

Sannan yana da kyau a fahimta cewa babbar manufa ta tsarin almajiranci ko Tsangayu shi ne samar da mahaddata Alkur’ani mai girma. Don haka muna bayar da shawara musamman ga hukumomi da su tuntubi kwararru da masu ruwa da tsaki kan yadda za a yi gyara (Reforming) ba wai rusau ba.
