Nau’ikan Alale

 

1) Alalen Doya

Kayan Hadi:

Za a wanke doyar sai a yanka ta daidai yadda hannu zai iya rikewa, sannan a goge ta a jikin greater, sai a yi blanding dinta da attaruhu da albasa! yayi kauri kamar yanda ake kullun wake, sannan akawo maggi asaka, asaka curry kadan ba’aso yafito, se’akawo yankakkiyar dafaffen hanta asaka aciki, akawo yankakken dafaffen kwai asaka aciki! Amma kananan yanka da’ayi musu, idan ba’a bukatar dafaffen kwai da’a iya saka danye bayan ankadashi, da’a kulla kamar yanda akeyin Alalen wake, sai adafashi,  ana iya cinshi haka nan, kuma da’a za’a iya cinsa da miya

 

2) Alalen Fulawa

Kayan Hadi:

Ki tafasa kifi, ki bare ki fidda tsokar, ki kwaba fulawa da kauri kamar kwabin Alale, fulawa gwangwani hudu, sai ki fasa kwai hudu akai, ki zuba kifin da kika murmusa ki yanka nama kanana ki zuba, ki zuba markadadden kayan miya ludayi daya ki yanka albasa da attarugu, kisa curry, gishiri da maggi. Ki zuba mai gwangwani daya ki juya sosai, ki shafa mai a gwangwanaye ki zuzzuba ko ki kulla a leda ki dafa.

 

3) Alalen Kabeji

Kayan Hadi:

5) Alalen Plantain

Kayan Hadi:

Ki bare plantain guda uku ko hudu, ki yanka kanana ki mutsittsike ko ki markada a blender, ki zuba garin plantain kofi daya da rabi akan plantain din dakika nika, ki gyara busasshen kifinki da dakakken cray fish akai, kisa maggi, gishiri, attarugu, albasa da mai akai ki juya, idan yayi kauri ki kara ruwa yazama kamar kullin Alale, ki zuba a gwangwani ko leda ki dafa.

 

6) Alalen Kwai, Nama Da Hanta
