Don Allah malam ya matsayin mutumin da ya sha nonon matarsa, ya aurensu yake?
To dan’uwa Allah madaukakin sarki ya halatta maka jin dadi da dukkkan bangarorin jikin matarka, in ban da dubura ko kuma saduwa da ita lokacin da take haila, don haka ya halatta ka tsotsi nononta mutukar babu ruwa a ciki, amma idan akwai ruwa a ciki, to malamai sun yi sabani a kan halaccin hakan zuwa ma-ganganu guda biyu:
- Ya halatta, saboda kasancewar nonon da yake haramta aure shi ne wanda aka sha kafin yaro ya cika shakaru biyu, saboda fadin Annabi (SAW) “Shayarwar da take haramtawa, ita ce wacce yaro ya sha saboda yunwa” , Bukhari lamba ta : 5102, ma’ana lokacin da ba zai iya wadatuwa ba daga nono, saboda shi ne abincinsa, shi kuma wannan ya faru ne bayan mutum ya girma don haka ba zai yi tasiri ba wajan haramta aure, wannan ita ce maganar mafi yawan malamai .
- Bai halatta ya sha ba, saboda ko da yaushe mutum ya sha nonon mace to ta haramta a gare shi, domin Annabi (SAW) ya umarci matar Abu-huzaifa da ta shayar da Salim, don ta haramta a gare shi, kamar yadda Muslim ya rawaito a hadisi mai lamba ta : 2636, tare da cewa a lokacin Salim ya riga ya gir-ma, wannan sai yake nuna cewa idan babba ya sha nono to zai yi tasiri wajan haramcin aure .
Zancen da ya fi karfi shi ne ya halatta miji ya sha nonon matarsa, sai dai rashin shan shi ne ya fi, saboda fita daga sabanin malamai yana da kyau.
