“Lallai watan Ramadana da aka saukar da Alkur’ani a cikinshi, shiriya ne ga mutane, sannan kuma akwai ayoyi bayyanannu a cikinshi masu shiryarwa zuwa ga Allah da bayyana hukunce-hukunce.
