Shugaban ƙungiyar likitoci ta Nijeriya (NMA) na Jihar Kano, Dr. Abdurrahman Ali, ya bayyana damuwa kan yadda likitoci ke barin ƙ domin neman damar aiki a kasashen waje.
A cewar Dr. Ali, fiye da likitoci 15,000 sun bar Nijeriya zuwa ƙasashen kamar Amurka, Birtaniya, Kanada, da Australia, tun daga shekarar 2024.
Wannan lamari da ake kira “japa” yana da nasaba da rashin wadataccen albashi, da yanayin aiki mai wuya, da kuma matsalar tsaro a fannin kiwon lafiya a Nijeriya.
Da yake magana a yayin wani taron manema labarai a Kano don makon likitoci mai taken “Tabbatar da Albashi Mai Dacewa Ga Likitoci: Hanya don Tsaida kwararru a fannin kiwon Lafiya,” Dr. Ali ya bayyana buƙatar biyan likitoci albashi mai kyau.
Ya jaddada cewa albashi mai kyau yana nuna godiya ga sadaukarwar ma’aikatan lafiya kuma yana rage gajiyawar aiki. Dr. Ali ya roƙi gwamnatin Kano da ta cika yarjejeniyarta da NMA kan karin kuɗin alwus, don rage gibin albashi tsakanin ma’aikatan kiwon lafiya na jiha da na tarayya, tare da rage yawan likitoci da ke barin kasar.
