Wani rahoton kwararru da aka tattara a karkashin jagorancin Majalisar Dinkin Duniya, ya bayyana yawan wadanda suka fada kangin yunwa ya karu zuwa kusan mutane miliyan 300 a shekarar 2023.
Rahoton ya ce karo na biyar kenan da ake fuskantar karuwar yawan mutanen da ke fuskantar yunwa a duk shekara tun daga shekarar 2019.

Rahoton ya dora alhakin karuwar matsalar yunwar a kan tashe-tashen hankula, iftila’in ambaliyar ruwa, fari sakamakon tasirin sauyin yanayi, sai kuma durkushewar tattalin arzikin kasashe da dama.
Ya zuwa yanzu mutane kusan miliyan 282 rahoton ya ce suna fama da yunwa a shekarar 2023.
Kazalika, ya ce an samu karin mutane miliyan 24 da suka fada cikin kangin yunwar, idan aka kwatanta da adadin da aka samu a 2022.
Masanan da suka wakilci hukumomin Majalisar Dinkin Duniya, da Kungiyar Tarayyar Turai da kasashe da kuma kungiyoyin kasa da kasa, sun ce kasashen da al’umominsu suka fi fuskantar yunwar sun hada da Afghanistan, Jamhuriyar Dimokadiyyar Congo,Habasha, Nijeriya, Syria da kuma Yemen.
Rahoton ya kuma bayyana Zirin Gaza da Sudan da Haiti, da Zimbabwe da kuma Malawi cikin wadanda ke bukatar agajin gaggawar karshen kunci da karancin abinci.
