Shugabar kungiyar matan lauyoyi (FIDA) ta kasa reshan Jihar Kano, Baristar Bilkisu Ibrahim Sulaiman ta bayyana cewa shari’ar Musulunci na da hanyar tabbatar da nasaba ba ta hanyar kwajin DNA.
Ta ce a cikin takardar da babban magatakardar kotunan daukaka kara ta shari’ar Musulunci da ke Kano, CR Abubakar Haruna Khalid ya gabatar, wanda alkali Isah Idris Makoda ya wakilta, ya tabbatar mana da cewa gwajin jini na kimiyar zamani, da ake yi wanda ake kira DNA, shari’ar Musulunci ba ta aminci da shi ba a mastayin hanyar tabbabar da nasabar jini.
Baristar Bilkisu ta bayyana hakan ne a lokacin da take karin haske ga ‘yan jarida bayan bude taron horar da mata lauyoyi na rana daya da Baristar Saidu Tudun Wada ya dauki nauyin wannan horo ga mata lauyoyi kan yadda za su kara fahimtar matsalar warware shari’u da suka shafi aure da saki da neman haki na ciyarwa ko raino a kotuna, bayan an yi sakin aure da sauran matsaloli makamantan wadanan da suke faruna yau da kullom.
Shi ma wakilin CR Abubakar Alkali Isah Idris Makoda, ya ce a kotunan shari’ar Musulunci ba a aiki da gwajin kimiya na jini na DNA a matsayin hanyar tabbatar da nasaban da ga ubansa, domin abu ne na likitoci da suke kira ahlil basari.
Ya ce, “Mu a shari’ar Musulunci da muke aiki da mazahabar Malikiya ba ma aiki da wannan, akwai ayoyi uku a Alkurani da suka fayyace yadda ake gane nasabar da ga ubansa.
“Idan miji ya saki matarsa sai ta haihu bayan wata biyar da kwana 25 ko wata shida, to dansa ne a shari’ance shi ne mafi karancin lokaci da za a danganta da ga ubansa. Haka kuma idan miji ya saki matarsa ta haihu kafin shekara biyar, to dansa ne idan bai zo da shaidar ta yi wani auran ba, wannan shi ne abin da shari’ar Musulunci ta sani amma ba ta yadda gwajin DNA.”
