Hukumar Zabe Mai Zaman Kanta ta Kasa, (INEC), ta bayyana cewa masu kada kuri’a miliyan 95 ne ake sa ran za a tantance su don samar da wanda zai gaji shugaba Muhammadu Buhari a zaben 2023.
Farfesa Mahmood Yakubu, shugaban hukumar INEC ne ya bayyana hakan a wajen wani taro da kungiyar National Endowment for Democracy (NED) da International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) suka shirya a birnin Washington DC na kasar Amurka.

Yakubu, a wani muhimmin jawabi mai taken “Nijeriya a 2023: tabbatar da sahihin zabe, cikin lumana ga kowa da kowa”, wanda aka gabatar wa Kamfanin Dillancin Labarai na Nijeriya (NAN) a Abuja ranar Alhamis, ya bayyana babban zaben 2023 a matsayin mai muhimmanci ga Nijeriya.
“Akwai jam’iyyun siyasa 18 da ke fafutukar samar da shugaban kasa ga masu zabe miliyan 95 za su zaba.
“Muna da sama da mutane miliyan 84 da suka yi rajista a shekarar 2019.
“Amma da ci gaba da rijistar masu kada kuri’a, za mu kara akalla ‘yan Nijeriya miliyan 10, kuma hakan zai dauki rajistar masu zabe zuwa miliyan 95,” in ji Yakubu.
Ya ce zaben yana da matukar muhimmanci domin ‘yan Nijeriya miliyan 95 ne ake sa ran za su kada kuri’a a rumfunan zabe 176, 846.
