An gurfanar da wasu masu gadi guda biyu a gaban wata kotun Majistare a Jihar Legas kan zargin satar ‘Cornflakes’ wanda kudinsa ya kai Naira miliyan 2.1.
Tun da fari, ‘yan sanda sun gurfanar da masu gadin, Monday Ulelu da Mubarao Azeez ne bisa zargin hada baki da kuma yin sata.

Sai dai kuma duk su biyun sun musanta zargin da a ke yi musu a gaban kotu.
Dan sanda mai gabatar da kara, Sifeto Benedict Aigbokhan, ya bayyana wa kotun cewa masu gadin sun saci katan 400 na ‘Nabeu cornflakes’ wanda kudinsu ya kai miliyan N2.1, mallakar wata mata mai suna Bintu Osifodumn.
Ya iara da cewa, wadanda ake zargin suna aikin gadi ne a gidan da aka adana kayan, a ranar 13 ga Yuni, a yankin Ikotun, a birnin Legas kuma suka kasa bada kwakkwaran bayani kan yadda aka yi kayan suka bace.
A cewarsa, wannan laifi ne da ya saba wa sashe na 287 da 411 na kundin dokokin Legas na 2015.
Daga bisani alkalin koton, K. A. Ariyo, ta bada belin wadanda ake zargin kan N500,000 kowannensu tare da gabatar da shaidu guda biyu-biyu.
Ta kuma shardanta cewa tilas shaidunsu kasance ma’aikata, su kuma nuna shaidar biyan haraji ga gwamnatin Jihar Legas.
Daga nan, mai shari’ar ta dage sauraren karar zuwa 28 ga Agusta.
