Da yake kusan al’ummar musulmi a duk duniya sun fara Azumin Ramadan na bana, yana da kyau a rika lura da kiwon lafiya musamman da a wannan shekarar ake gudanar da azumin da bazara, lokacin tsananin zafi.

-Ana bukatar mai Azumi ya ci nau’ikan abinci iri daban-daban bayan shan ruwa, dalili kuwa; jikinsa na bukatar abinci mai kyau, wanda zai maye gurbin abin da ya rasa sakamakon wannan Azumi da ya yi. Don haka, akwai bukatar cin abinci mai kyau da kayan marmari da sauran abin da ya shafi dangin ganyayyaki, wadanda za su kara masa lafiyar jiki.

-Haka nan, ka da mai Azumi ya rika cin abinci ya na take cikinsa a lokacin shan ruwa. A tsaya a ci abinci a tsanake, ta yadda za a kawar da yunwa ba tare da an yi cin da zai iya cutarwa ba.

-Sannan, a rika dan motsa jiki bayan shan ruwa, duk dai da cewa, ba za a ba da shawarar a rika motsa jiki da safe ko rana ko kuma yamma ba, saboda yanayin kishirwa da ake fama da ita, amma duk da haka; bayan shan ruwa ka da a lafke, a dan yi kokari a rika dan kai-komo.

-A rika kwantawa ana samun isasshen barci, domin samun kuzari da kuma lafiyar jiki baki-daya.

-Har ila yau, da yake jiki iri daban-daban ne, idan ka jarraba wadannan shawarwari da muka bayar ka ji jikinka bai yi maka yadda kake so ba, tun wuri ka dakata kar ka ci gaba, kana iya samun likitanka; ya ba ka shawara a kan abin da ya fi dacewa da kai.

Haka zalika, ka da a manta cewa; wannan wata shi ne wanda musulmi suka fi so a rayuwarsu baki-daya; inda suke haduwa da mutane daban-daban su ci abinci tare, masu shi su taimaka wa marasa shi tare da kyautata ibada da kuma kara tsoron Allah a lokaci guda.
