Gwamnatin Jihar Kano, karkashin jagorancin Injiniya Abba Kabir Yusuf; ta shelanta ci gaba da gudanar da shirinta, na aurar da zawarawa da ‘yan mata wanda jagoran Kwankwasiyya, Sanata Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso ya kirkira; a zangon mulkinsa na farko.
A wancan lokaci, Sanata Kwankwaso ya aurar da zawarawa da ‘yan mata kimanin 1,000, inda shi ma bayan karbar mulkinsa a Jihar Kano, Injiniya Abba Kabiru Yusif; cikin ayyukansa na farko tun bayan rantsuwar kama aiki, shi ne auren zawarawa 1,800.

Duba da yadda Gwamnatin ke ganin shirin na da matukar alfanu, ya sa yanzu ma gabanin cikar Gwamnatin shekara guda a kan karagar mulkin Kano, aka fara shirye-shiryen sake aurar da wasu zawarawan, duk da cewa; a binciken da wakilinmu ya gudanar kan shirye-shiryen bikin auren zawarawan, Darakta Janar na Hukumar Gudanarwar Hukumar Hisba ta Jihar Kano, Alhaji Abba Sa’id Sufi ya shaida cewa, har yanzu ba a fitar da adadin wadanda za su amfana da shirin a wannan karo ba, wannan tasa har yanzu ba a iya gabatar da adadin kudaden da za a batar, domin aiwatar da shirin ba.
Sai dai kuma, bisa yanayin matsin tattalin arzikin da ake fama da shi ba ma a Kano ba kawai har ma da sauran sassan Nijeriya, ko ya dace gwamnati ta mayar da hankali a kan aurar da zawarawa duk da cewa akwai magidanta da yawa da ba su iya ciyar da iyalansu sannan akwai wasu matsaloli da suka addabi jihar fiye da na aure?
Farfesa Garba Ibrahim Sheka; na Jami’ar Bayero ta Kano, masani a fannin tattalin arziki; ya yi tsokaci a kan hakan, inda ya bayyana cewa; “a irin wannan lokaci, akwai bukatar yi wa wannan shiri kallon tsanaki, domin a tamu fahimtar; yanzu Kanawa ba aure suke bukata ba.
“Akwai matsaloli da dama da suka fi aure bukatar a kai wa dauki, kamar misali matsalar karancin ruwan sha, hasken wutar lantarki, yawaitar fadace-fadacen ‘yan daba da kuma matsalolin kwacen waya, duk da cewa; mu Allah ya amintar da mu daga matsalar satar mutane da karbar kudaden fansa.”
Farfesa ya kara da cewa, a wasu lokutan batun auren zawarawa siyasa ce kawai, haka nan; wata hanya ce ta fitar da kudade, don amfani mahukuntan wajen biyan bikatun rayuwarsu. “Kazalika, babbar matsalar ma a nan ita ce, kamata ya yi a fara sama wa magidanta sana’o’in yi, wanda a hankalce ya fi zama masalaha kafin a zo batun aure.”
Sheka, ya ci gaba da cewa, a irin wannan hali idan aka yi wa wasu magidanta irin wannan aure, a karshe cikin shekara guda ko kasa da haka a fara samun matsalar daukar nauyin da ya kamata kowane maigidanci ya dauka, gazawar tasa kuma na iya jefa ma’auratan cikin tsaka mai wuya da hakan ka iya mayar da hannun agogo baya ta hanyar fadawa kowacce irin hanya, don kokarin rike gidan.
“Kamar yadda aka sani ne, al’adar Bahaushe ce; da zarar an yi Magana, sai wasu su fake da fadin cewa; Ma’aiki ya fadi cewa, ku yi aure ku hayayyafa; domin ya yi alfahari da yawanmu, to ya ilahi; yanzu Annabi (SAW), zai yi alfahari da yawan ‘yan daba da masu kwacen wayoyi ne? Don haka, abin da ya kamata shi ne; a yi la’akari da abin da al’umma suke bukata kafin kai wa ga yi musu wannan aure”, in ji Farfesa Sheka.
Shi kuwa, wani magidanci Ibrahim Muhammad; wanda ya kwashe shekaru sama da 20 da yin aure, ya bayyana tasa matsayar; kan wannan batu na auren zawarawa, inda ya bayyana cewa; yanzu jama’a na neman yadda za a taimaka wa rayuwarsu ne kawai, ba maganar batun aure ba; musamman a irin wannan lokaci da cin abinci sau biyu ke neman gagarar mutane.
“Haka zalika, gagarumar matsalar karancin ruwan sha da wutar lantarki, suka fi zama wajibi gwamnati ta mayar da hankali a kansu, ta hanyar kashe wadannan makudan kudade, amma sai aka buge da batun auren zawararawa, don haka kamata ya yi a inganta rayuwar mutane; ta yadda kowa zai iya yi wa kansa wannan aure, ba tare da jiran gwamnati ko wani ba. Saboda haka, a nawa ganin wannan wata dabara ce ta wawashe kudaden talakawa kawai.” In ji shi.
A nasa bangaren kuma, Tsohon Kwamandan Hukumar Hisba ta Kano, Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Sina, ya bayyana cewa, batun auren zawarawa abu ne da yake bukatar a yi wa kowane bangare kallon tsanaki.
“Da farko, hakkin gwamnati ne da zarar ta hangi yawaitar zinace-zinace a tsakanin al’umma, wadda ke sanadiyyar haifar da babban bala’i wanda kan iya shafar wanda ya aikata shi da kuma wanda bai ji ba, bai kuma gani ba. Saboda haka, idan aka tsinci kai a irin wannan hali; hakkin hukuma ne ta lalubo hanyoyin dakile yaduwar wannan musiba, wato yawaitar zina-zinace, ciki kuwa har da irin wannan yunkuri na aurar da zawarawa da ‘yan mata, musamman ganin su zawarawa sun taba yin aure sun san zakin da namiji.”

“Saboda haka, mu a halin yanzu ba ma goyon bayan wannan aure na zawarawa, a yi kokari a magance mana matsalar ruwan sha, sannan kuma ai shi wannan aure da ake yi; ai ba na kowa da kowa ba ne, na ‘yan Kwankwasiyya ne kadai, domin kuwa matukar kai ba dan Kwankwasiyya ba ne, kar ma ka yi zaton shiga cikin wannan tsari.” In ji shi.

Yadda Ake Zaben Wadanda Za A Aurar
Ganin cewa auren zawarawa shi ne aka yi hasashen irin sa na farko da aka taba aurar da mata 1000 a duniya a lokaci guda, wakilinmu ya duba hanyoyin da ake bi wajen zabo wadanda za a aurar a karkashin tsarin.

A lokacin da Sanata Kwankwaso ya kadammar da shirin na farko, an yi wa zawarawa da ‘yan mata 1,000 aure, sai kuma Gwamnatin Ganduje itama ta yi wa wani adadi da ya kai 500, yanzu kuma Injiniya Abba Kabir Yusuf, ya yi wa zawarawa da ‘yan mata 1,800.
Ba a samu adadin yawan yaran da aka haifa ba a karkashin shirin auren, domin daga cikin wadanda suka samu shiga akwai wadanda suka fito daga kauyuka daban-daban da babu wata hanyar samun bayanin halin da suke ciki, sai da wasu dake da wayewa an hange su a lokacin bikin auren na wannan gwamnati sun kawo wa Sanata Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso jikokinsa.
Wani matashi,Muhammad Kabir ya bayyana cewa, shi a cikin kabakin arzikin gwamnati da ke yawan tinkaho da shi bai ga abin da ya kai auren zawarawa amfani ba, domin a cewarsa, akwai uban wata bazawara da ta samu shiga wannan auren amma rashin kudin motar da zai kawo shi shalkwatar karamar hukumar ta sa bai zo ba, dole sai shugaban karamar hukumar ne ya zama waliyin yarinyar, “kenan idan aka ce sai wannan uban ya yi wa wannan yarinya kayan daki ba a san lokacin yin aurenta ba.” In ji shi

Gwamnatin ke daukar nauyin duk wani abu da ake wa kowacce ‘ya, hakan ce ma tasa yanzu aka mayar da shirin auren zawarawan zuwa Auren ‘YAR GATA. Gwamnati na bai wa kowacce amarya sadaki, kayan daki, gyaran jiki, jari da sauran duk wani abu da ’yar gata iyayenta ke mata.
