Kamar yadda binciken masana kiwon lafiya ya tabbatar, yawan cin Karas na matukar taimakawa ta fuskar inganta lafiyar Dan Adam daga bangarori daban-daban da suka hada da:
1- Cin Karas na taimakawa wajen kara karfi da kuma ingancin ido a lokaci guda. Kamar yadda aka sani ne, rashin samun wadataccen sinadarin ‘bitamin A’, na iya haifar da matsalar rashin gani; musamman idan dare ya yi.

2- Shan kofi guda na Karas din da aka markada ko kuma cin babba a hakansa, na bayar da cikakken sinadarin ‘bitamin A’ dari bisa. Kazalika, yana taimakawa wajen kare kamuwa daga cutar Kansa da kuma Kyanda.

Bitamin C, wanda Karas ke dauke da shi, shi ne yake taimakawa wajen kara kare garkuwar lafiyar jikin Dan Adam.
10- Bugu da kari, amfani da Karas na taimakawa wajen kara lafiyar kwakwalwa tare da washewarta da kuma yin aiki yadda ya kamata. A wani bincike da aka yi aka kuma wallafa a shekarar 2021, an bayyana yadda amfani da Karas ke taimaka wa lafiyar kwakwalwa, musamman ga manya magidanta.
