Gwamnatin Tarayyar ta dakatar da harajin yanar gizo wanda babban bankin Nijeriya (CBN), ya umarci bankuna su fara cire wa kwastomominsu kashi 0.5 daga asusun ajiyarsu.
Ministan yada labarai da wayar da kan jama’a, Mohammed Idris ne, ya bayyana haka a lokacin da yake zantawa da manema labarai, bayan taron majalisar zartarwa ta tarayya (FEC) a fadar ta gwamnati da ke Abuja ranar Talata.

Ya ce ana kan kara yin nazari kan tsarin.
“Matsayin gwamnati shi ne an dakatar da wannan tsarin. An dage shi. Matsayin gwamnati kenan a yanzu. Ana kan sake nazarinsa. Abin da aka jaddada kenan a taron majalisar ministoci (FEC) a jiya.
“Kun san cewa majalisar a yau ta ci gaba ne na zaman majalisar na jiya.
“Don haka, zan iya sanar da ku cewa an dakatar da harajin yanar gizo. Gwamnati na kan nazarinsa.”
A ranar 6 ga watan Mayu ne, CBN ya umarci bankuna da sauran cibiyoyin hada-hadar kudi da su fara cire harajin.
Sai dai umarnin na CBN ya bar baya kura, inda aka dinga kai ruwa rana yayin da mutane da dama ke tofa albarkacin bakinsu kan sabon harajin.
Wasu dai na ganin gwamnatin shugaba Tinubu babu abin da ta kware face tatsar talaka tamkar tunkuza, ta hanyar fito da sabbin sauye-sauye da haraji wanda a ganinsu ke kara jefa talaka cikin matsananciyar rayuwa a Nijeriya.
