A makon da ya gabata ne, Shugaban Kasa Bola Ahmed Tinubu, ya yi afuwa ga wasu daga cikin fursunoni na wannan kasa.
Jerin sunayen wadanda aka yi wa afuwar, wanda mai bai wa shugaban kasa shawara kan yada labarai, Bayo Onanuga ya fitar, sun hada da mutanen da aka yanke wa hukunci, kan laifuffuka daban-daban da suka hada da:

Masu hakar ma’adanai ba bisa ka’ida ba, masu safarar miyagun kwayoyi, ‘yan kasashen waje, Manjo Janar Mamman Batsa, Manjo Akubo, Farfesa Magaji Garba da sauran wadanda suka aikata manyan laifuka, irin su Maryam Sanda, Ken Saro Wiwa Ogoni su takwas, na daga cikin mutane 175 da shugaban kasar ya yi wa afuwa.
Kamar yadda rahotanni suka tabbatar, Shugaba Tinubu ya yi wa akasarinsu sassauci ne, bisa rahotannin da ke cewa; wadanda aka yanke wa hukuncin, sun nuna matukar nadama da kuma halin kirki. Haka zalika, ya yafe wa wasu saboda tsufa da samun sabbin fasahohin sana’o’i, ko shiga Jami’ar NOUN. Shugaba Tinubu ya kuma gyara rashin adalcin tarihi, wanda Turawan mulkin mallaka na Burtaniya suka yi wa Sir Herbert Macaulay, daya daga cikin masu kishin kasa a Nijeriya.
A takaice dai, kwamitin bai wa shugaban kasa shawara, kan jinkai, karkashin jagorancin babban mai shari’a; kuma ministan shari’a, Prince Lateef Olasunkanmi Fagbemi, ya bayar da shawarar yin afuwa ga fursunoni biyu da 15 da aka yankewa hukunci, wadanda 11 daga cikinsu sun rasu. Kazalika, kwamitin ya ba da shawarar yin afuwa ga fursunoni 82 tare da sassauta hukuncin dauri na fursunoni 65. Fursunonin bakwai da aka yanke wa hukuncin kisa, su ma sun shiga cikin jeren afuwar da shugaban kasar ya yi. Sannan, kwamitin ya ba da shawarar cewa; shugaban kasa ya mayar da hukuncin kisa zuwa daurin rai da rai.
Fagbemi ya gabatar da rahoton kwamitin a taron majalisar kasa, wanda shugaban kasa Bola Ahmed Tinubu ya jagoranta.
A bangare guda kuma, ‘yan Nijeriya da dama na fadin albarkacin bakinsu, dangane da wannan afuwa da shugaban kasa ya yi wa masu laifukan daban-daban, wasu na da ra’ayin cewa; mafi yawan wadanda aka yi wa afuwar, ‘yan kwaya ne da rikakkun ‘yan ta’adda da kuma wadanda tuni suka mutu. A cikin masu nuna takaicin nasu; akwai tsohon mataimakin shugaban kasa, Atiku Abubakar, ‘yan siyasa, masu sharhi kan al’amuran yau da kullum, jam’iyyun adawa da kuma iyalai da sauran abokanan arziki da al’amarin ya shafa.
Iyalan marigayi Bilyaminu Ahmed Bello, na daya daga cikin wadanda suka bayyana rashin jin dadinsu, kan afuwar da shugaban kasa ya yi wa Maryam Sanda, wadda aka yankewa hukuncin kisa bisa laifin kashe mijinta, wadanda suka bayyana yin afuwar a matsayin wani mummunan zalinci da aka tafka musu.
A wata sanarwa da aka fitar ranar Litinin da ta gabata dauke da sa hannun Dakta Bello Haliru Mohammed (Dangaladiman Gwandu), a madadin ‘yan’uwa, ‘yan’uwan marigayin sun bayyana matakin da shugaban kasa Bola Ahmed Tinubu ya dauka na yi wa Sanda afuwa a matsayin wani mummunan sake fama musu raunukan da suka samu da kuma rashin adalci ga dan’uwan nasu.
Iyalan Bilyaminun sun bayyana cewa, sun ji matukar takaicin sakin Maryam da aka yi, inda suka bayyana hakan; a matsayin wani yunkuri na dadada wa danginta tare da yin watsi da bacin ran da ya addabi ‘yan’uwa da sauran abokan arzikin marigayin.
Maryam, mai shekaru 37, na daya daga cikin mutum 175 da aka yanke wa hukunci, aka kuma yi wa afuwa da jin kai a ranar Alhamis da ta gabata, a karkashin ikon shugaban kasa.
A bangare guda kuma, kwatsam! Sai ga sanarwar mahaifin mijin Maryam Sandan cewa; shi da kansa ne ya roki Shugaban Kasa Tinubu, ya yi wa sirikar tasa afuwa.
A cewarsa, ya dade yana neman rokon a yi wa Maryam sassauci tare da afuwa, wacce ke fuskantar hukuncin kisa, tun bayan yanke mata hukuncin da aka yi.
Alhaji Ahmed Bello Isa, wanda ya bayyana hakan a wata tattaunawa ta hadin gwiwa da aka yi da shi a ranar Talatar da ta gabata a Abuja tare da Alhaji Garba Sanda, mahaifin Maryam, ya bayyana cewa; dalilinsa na yin hakan, saboda tausayi tare kuma son ganin an sako masa surukarsa, domin ta samu ta kula da ‘ya’yanta guda biyu, domin kuwa, kashe ta ba zai taba dawo masa da dansa ba.
Ya kara da cewa, “Na yafe wa Maryam da aka samu da laifin kisan dana, kafin a kammala shari’a, na yi iya kokarina na sanar da ‘yansanda da kotu cewa; ba na so a gurfanar da ita a gaban kuliya, domin kuwa jikoki kamar yadda suka rasa mahaifinsu, haka nan kuma za su rasa mahaifiya.
“Na dauki wannan a matsayin iftila’i, wanda Allah ya jarrabe ni da shi, a kan abin da ya faru da dana, sannan kuma ko kadan ban ga laifin Maryam ba, amma a lokacin da aka yanke mata hukuncin kisa, addu’a na yi mata tare da rokon Allah ya ji kan ta da rahama, sannan na ce; idan aka kashe ta, wa zai kula da ‘ya’yanta guda biyu? Kawai za su girma ne a matsayin marayu, babu soyayyar uba, babu ta uwa,” in ji shi.
Da aka tambaye shi game da maganar da ‘yan’uwa suka yi na nuna damuwarsu kan afuwar da shugaban kasa ya yi mata sai ya ce; “Kowa yana da ‘yancin fadin albarkacin bakinsa a cikin iyalansa, amma a matsayina na mahaifinsa, na yafe mata.
Shi ma da yake yin nasa jawabin, Alhaji Garba Sanda, mahaifin Maryam, ya nuna matukar godiyarsa ga Alhaji Bello da sauran daukacin iyalansa, bisa irin halin da suka tsinci kansu a ciki; wanda ba kasafai suke nunawa ba.
Iyalan biyu, sun bayyana cewa, sun zabi afuwa, tausayi da kuma imani fiye da ciwon da yake damun su, sannan kuma sun himmatu wajen hada kai; domin renon yaran biyu, cikin kwanciyar hankali da soyayya.
Shi ma a nasa bangaren, tsohon mataimakin shugaban kasa Atiku Abubakar, ya zargi Shugaban Kasa Bola Tinubu, da yin amfani da ikon shugaban kasa na jin kai, ta hanyar yin afuwa ga mutum 175, yana mai cewa; matakin “ya gurgunta adalci”, sannan kuma yana da matukar hadari ga rashin bin doka da oda.
A cikin wata sanarwa da Atikun ya fitar, ta shafinsa na D a ranar Lahadin da ta gabata ya ce; hakkin yin afuwa, ba yana nufin rashin yin adalci ba ne ko tauye wa wani hakkinsa ba.
Har ila yau, Atiku ya soki shigar da mutanen da aka samu da aikata manyan laifuka, yana mai cewa; sakamakon wadanda aka yi wa afuwar, hakan na iya raunana imanin wasu daga cikin mutane tare da karfafawa wasu gwiwa, wajen ci gaba da aikata muggan laifuka.
Ya kara da cewa, bai kamata a bar yin afuwa ko jin kai ya hada su jera da aikata muggan laifuka da kuma rage aiwatar da adalci ba.
