Burkina Faso, Mali, da Nijar sun fice daga Ƙungiyar Raya Tattalin Arziƙin Ƙasashen Yammacin Afirka (ECOWAS) a hukumance, wanda ke nuna ƙarshen ƙoƙarin da aka yi na hana su barin ƙungiyar.
Waɗannan ƙasashe guda uku, da suka kafa Ƙungiyar Haɗin Kan Sahel (AES), sun zargi ECOWAS da ƙaƙaba wa mulkinsu na soja takunkumi mai tsanani da rashin adalci bayan juyin mulki.

Haka kuma, suna ganin ECOWAS ba ta taimaka musu sosai wajen yaƙi da ‘yan ta’adda ba, tare da cewa tana yi wa tsohuwar jagorarta, Faransa, biyayya.
Duk da ficewarsu, ECOWAS ta amince da ci gaba da amfani da fasfo na ECOWAS da kuma amfanuwa da yarjejeniyar cinikayya a yankin, domin hana cikas ga ‘yan kasuwa da jama’a.
Hakazalika, ƙungiyar ta kafa wata hukuma don tattauna dangantaka tsakaninta da waɗannan ƙasashe.
Wannan shi ne karo na farko a tarihin ECOWAS da wasu ƙasashe suka fice daga cikinta a irin wannan yanayi, lamarin da ke barazana ga zaman lafiya da dimokuraɗiyya a yankin.
