Da mutanen Kano da waninsu za su kalli sha’anin rusau da gwamnatin Abba Kabir Yusuf ta tasamma yi gadan-gadan ta mahangar Dimukradiyya, bayan samun nasarar lashe zabe da jam’iyyarsa ta NNPP ta yi a Kano, babu shakka za a iske cewa, yin rusau din a Kano, ya wuce matsayin mustahabbi (abin so a yi), ya koma matsayin wajibi ne sai an yi. Sannan, rashin yin ruguzau din, na iya ba da kofar fassara gwamnatin ta Abba da mayaudariyar gwamnati maras cika alkawari!.
Ya kere sau shurin masaki, inda za a ji Kwankwasawa na cin alwashin rushe duk wasu wurare mallakar al’umar jihar Kano da tsohuwar gwamnatin Ganduje ta mayar da su mallakar wasu tsirarun mutane shafaffu da mai, masu kusanci da gwamna ko iyalan gwamna da sauran `yan kanzaginsu, na daga shugabanni da kuma dattijan jam’iya. Sai kuma rukunin karshe sune, wasu attajiran da ake fassara su da makiya Kano da ci gabanta, su kuwa sauran akasarin jama’ar jihar Talakawa raunana, sun tashi ne a tutar babu, cikin irin watandar wuraren da aka shafe Shekaru takwas (8) a na yi babu kakkautawa a karkashin mulkin na Baba Ganduje.

Dimukradiyya Ce Ta Sahale Yin Rugurguzau A Kano
Idan gaske ne game da ikirarin da ake cewa, maigirma gwamnan Kano Abba Kabir Yusuf da sauran Kwankwasawa sun labartawa al’umar Kano cewa za su yi rusau ko ruguzau bayan sun ci zabe, sai kuma gashi sun ci, mai kuma ya rage? Kawai sai a fara yin rusau din mana.
Ma’anar Kalmar Dimukradiyya
Kalmar Dimukradiyya ta samo asali ne daga yaren Girkawa : yadda ake kiran kalmar a Turance da “Democracy” (Dimukradiyya), sai a ga cewa, “demos” (demos), na nufin “the people” (kunzumin mutane), sai kuma “kratein” (kireten), wanda ke nufin “rule of or by”, wato, wani irin jagoranci ne da mutane ne da kansu ke yinsa. Saboda haka, idan aka gwama wannan kalmar ta Dimukradiyya “Democracy” a waje guda, tana nufin, “Salo ne na shugabanci, wanda mutanen wani gari ko wata kasa ke jagorantar kansu da kansu”.
Babu shakka, karkashin tsarin dimukradiyya, kunzumin mutane ne ke da wata cikakkiyar dama ta karshe, wajen yankewa kansu da kansu hukunci. Farko, shin, wai ma, wane ne zai shugabance su a matakin mazaba, ko karamar hukuma, ko jiha, ko ma a matakin kasa bakidaya tamfar irin yadda salon shugabanci ke wakana cikin Najeriyar yau.

Aiwatar da irin wadancan manufofi na dan takara da na jam’iyya bayan samun nasarar lashe zabe, wajibi ne ba mustahabbi ne ba! Da mamaki wani ya kalli zartar da irin wadancan manufofi da haramun!!!. Hatta aiwatar da wasu sabbin manufofin da dan takara ko jam’iyyarsa ba su yi wa jama’ar gari tallarsu a lokutan kamfen ba, sannan, sai aka tabbatar da cewa, aikata wadannan manufofi za su kawo ci gaban kasa da al’uma, to aikata su na iya zama ma wajibi, ballantana kuma aiwatar da irin manufofin da tun azal an yi tallarsu, an fadawa jama’a tun a lokutan kamfen cewa za a zartar musu da su, sai suka yarda, suka zabi mutum bisa wancan doron alkawari, zartar da su wajibin wajibi ne, wanda kuma jinkirta su ba gamsasshen dalili, tamkar ha’inci ne da cin-amanar tsarin na Dimukradiyya.
Illar Rashin Cika Alkawuran Kamfen
Tun da ake tafiya karkashin tsarin dimukradiyya cikin wannan Kasa tamu, ba a taba samun wani dan takara da kawai bikin murnar ya lashe zabe bisa tituna ya lakume rayukan jama’a sama da dari (100) tamkar tsohon shugaban kasa Muhammadu Buhari ba. Amma daga baya sai aka wayigari cikin Kasar, babu wani mahaluki da za a ji yara, manya, matasa da sauran rukunin mutane maza da mata na yi wa tofin ala-wadai tamkar shi wancan Buharin. Ko mai yasa? Babban laifin Buhari ba zai wuce kin aiwatar da alkawuran da yai wa jama’ar Najeriya a lokutan kamfen ba.
Buhari da jam’iyyarsa ta APC, sun yi wa `yan Najeriya alkawura a lokutan kamfen daidai har sama da sittin (60), amma ba a cika ko da rabinsu ba. Sai aka ci gaba da gudanar da wata gwamnati irin ta iyalai da abokai da aminai da sauran `yan kanzagi. A daya hannun kuma, sai aka bar talaka na ci gaba da talaucewa sama da yadda aka same shi gabanin zuwan gwamnatin, sannan masu hannu da shuni kuwa, sai suka ci gaba da kudancewa sama da yadda suke kafin zuwan Buharin.
Alkawarin dawo da farashin litar man fetur zuwa naira arba’in da biyar da Buhari ya yi a lokacin kamfen; alkawarin samar da aiyukan yi miliyan uku ga jama’ar Kasa a duk Shekara; alkawarin kin ba da dama ga jami’an gwamnatin taraiya na duba lafiyarsu a can Kasashen ketare, da sauran alkawura himi, duk sai ba a cika su ba. Rayuwa ta ci gaba da tsananta ainun, ta fuskacin tattalin arzikin kasa, rashin tsaro a kasa, burinkasar mummunar ta’adar cin-hanci da rashawa da sauransu.
Wasu Daga Alkawuran Kamfen Na Abba Kabir Yusuf, Kano 2023
Maganar saukakawa marasa karfi cikin sha’anin lafiya, ilmi, sana’o’i, yin ruguzau da sauransu, na daga manya manyan alkawuran da tawagar yakin neman zaben Abba Gida Gida ta yi wa jama’ar Kano, hatta wanda ke adawa da sha’anin Kwankwasiyya da Kwankwasawa ba shi karyata wannan batu.
Mai bibiyar sha’anin siyasar Kano, zai ji a wasu lokuta ma jam’iyyar APC na kara fadakar da jama’ar Kano wancan alkawari na ruguzau da jam’iyyar NNPP ta jima da cin alwashin za ta yi muddin aka zabe ta a Kano. Ko da yake, APCn, na yi wa mutane wancan tuni ne, don su ankare, ka da su zabi Abba tare da ba shi damar aiwatar da shirinsa da na madugu na ruguzau! Duk da wancan tambihi na jam’iyar adawa ta APC, amma sai jama’ar Kano suka cije suka zabi Abban, me hakan ke nunawa? Hakan na nuna kunzumin masu zabe a Kano, sun yarda tare da amincewa a zo a yi rusau, ruguzau da kuma rugurguzau a Kano. Bugu da kari, sun laminta da Abba ya kara inganta harkar lafiya da ilmi a Kano.
Cikin Watan Agusta ne rukunin farko na wadanda gwamnatin Abba za ta biyawa karatu a can Kasashen Ketare za su fara tafiya, amma babu wadanda suka fito suna sukar wannan yunkuri, saboda me? Saboda ya yi kamfen da kai hazikan dalibai kasashen ketare muddin ya ci zabe, sai gashi ya zo yana cika alkawarin a aikace. To don me za a yi wa gwamnatin caaa lokacin da ta tasamma cika alkawarinta na rusau a Kano? Ashe bai yi kamfen da rusau din ba? Idan ya yi, mene ne kuma aibin cika alkawarin? Ko a na so ne Abba ya yi karkon kifi tamkar Buhari, wanda tsantsar rashin cika alkawuran kamfen ne ya sabbaba masa faruwar hakan.
Sai kuma ga Abba ya fara saukaka lamarin haraji a Kano ga masu karamin karfi, nan ma ba a ji mutane sun bara ba. Ga dukkan alamu, kasantuwar akasarin wadanda suka mallaki manyan wuraren gwamnati a jihar na da karfin tattalin arziki, za su iya daukar nauyin mutane a daukacin kafafen yada labarai, don zuwa a kalubalanci gwamnati, hakan, na daga dalilan yawaitar jin kace-nace game da sha’anin na rusau a Kano.
Halascin yin ruguzau a Kano ta mahangar dimukradiyya wani abu ne da yake a fili tarwai ba a duhu ba. Mu dubi sashen wasu kalaman madugu Engr. Dr Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso wanda hatta jaridar Banguard ma ta buga cewa, yayinda Madugun ke yi wa shugaban Kasa Bola Ahmed Tinubu bayani game da alkawarin rusau din da NNPP ta yi wa jama’ar Kano, tare da bayanin irin wuraren da ake rushewar, ai shugaban Kasa nan take ne ya gamsu, sabanin mugunyar durar da wasu mutane suka yi masa game da batun kafin lokacin.
Daga Dalilan Yin Ruguzau A Kano
Babu shakka gwamnatin Abba Gida Gida ba ta gushe ba, face tana wassafawa mutanen Kano manyan dalilan da suka fizge ta zuwa ga yin irin wannan rusau da ta kifu yi bayan lashe zabe ba da jimawa ba. Daga irin dalilan sun hadar da;
i- Dawo Da Hakki Ga Masu Su. ii- Birkice Taswirar Kano iii- Rashin Martaba Ilmi. ib- Rashin Martaba Lamuran Tarihi, Addini Da Al’ada. b- Dawo Da Martabar Doka Da Oda A Kano.
Wadannan ababe biyar (5) da aka wassafo a sama, ba su ke nan ba, amma suna daga manyan dalilan da suka fusata gwamnatin Abba Kabir Yusuf ci gaba da aiwatar da sha’anin rusau din a Kano, ba tare da yin wata nadama ko tausayin wadanda abin ya shafa ba, musamman masu karfin arziki, wadanda aka hada baki da su tsawon lokaci a na shanye jinin al’umar Kano.
Dawo Da Hakki Ga Masu Su
Idan aka ce da mai karatu, akwai filayen makarantun firamare, sakandire, manyan makarantu har zuwa jami’o’i cikin wuraren da gwamnati ta ruguza tare da dawo da su, zai fahimta cewa wurare ne mallakar al’umar jihar Kano. Haka idan aka fada masa cewa akwai ma filayen asibitoci, makabartu, masallatai, badala-badala na kewayen Kano, suma irin wadannan wurare duka na karkashin mallakar jama’a ne bakidaya, amma ba wasu mutane cikin cokali shafaffu da mai ba. Dawo da irin wadannan hakkoki ga masu su, wata ta’ada ce da duk wani sahihin addini zai yi marhabin ne da ita.
Bugu da kari, a na zargin cewa, a akasarin wuraren da ake lakumewa na al’umar jihar Kano, sai ya zamana lamari ne da ke gudana a tsakanin wasu iyalai, Uba da Mata da sauran `ya`yayensu, wadanda sune ke cin gajiyar sama da kashi tamanin (80%) na irin wancan turmushe-turmushe da ake na wurare a Kano.
