Tun bayan naɗa shi a matsayin Manajan Darakta na Hukumar Kula da Tashoshin Jiragen Ruwa Ta Ƙasa a shekarar 2024, kaɗan ne suka yi hasashen irin gagarumin sauyin da zai kawo. Ba ɗan siyasa ne da aka kawo daga waje ba, sai dai ƙwararren masani ne a fannin sufurin teku wanda ya fara aiki da NPA tun a shekarar 1994 a matsayin ɗan yi wa ƙasa hidima (NYSC), inda ya ci gaba da hawa matakai a hankali tare da jajircewa halin da ya zama ginshiƙin shugabancinsa.

Hangen nesan Dantsoho bai tsaya a Legas kaɗai ba. A yankin Neja Delta, inda tashoshin jiragen ruwa na Warri, Koko, Sapele da Burutu suka lalace tsawon shekaru, ya ƙaddamar da wani babban shiri na farfaɗo da su domin dawo da ƙarfinsu na aiki, inganta kayayyakin more rayuwa da kuma haɓaka tattalin arziki a yankin.
Jagorancinsa ya samu karɓuwa a matakin ƙasa da ƙasa. A watan Agustan 2025, an zaɓe shi a matsayin Mataimakin Shugaban nahiyar Afirka na International Association of Ports and Harbors, wanda ya sa ya shiga sahun gaba wajen tsara manufofin tashoshin jiragen ruwa a duniya.
