Assalamu alaikum masu karatu, barkanmu da sake haduwa daku a cikin shirin na mu mai farin jini da albarka na Girki Adon Mata.
A yau shafin na mu zai koya mana yadda ake dafadikan Taliya mai armashi da yawa daga cikin iyalai suna kokarin sauya salo a girki domin kara wa teburin abinci armashi. Jollof Spaghetti na daga cikin girke-girken da ke hada dandanon gargajiya na Afirka da salon zamani.
Abinci ne mai saukin hadawa, kuma ya dace da kowane lokaci.
Abubuwan da ake bukata:
Taliya (Spaghetti)
Tumatir, Barkono ja guda 3, Albasa guda 2
Man, Naman kaza ko naman shanu, Kayan yaji, Kori, Tayim,
Gishiri, Maggi.
Yadda Ake Hadawa:
Da farko, a tafasa taliya a ruwan zafi mai gishiri har sai ta yi laushi, sannan a tace a ajiye gefe.
A markada tumatir, barkono da albasa tare. A dora tukunya a wuta, a zuba mai ya yi zafi, sannan a zuba wannan markadadden kayan a soya har sai ruwan ya tsotse.
A dora naman da aka wanke, a saka kayan yaji, gishiri da maggi, a barshi ya dahu sosai. Bayan ya dahu sai a kwashe a soya.
Daga nan sai a zuba taliya da Naman da aka soya a cikin miyar, a juya sosai domin su hadu, a barshi ya yi zafi na ‘yan mintuna kafin saukewa.
Ana iya cin wannan abinci da zafi tare da salad ko ayaba (plantain) domin kara dadi.
