Yayin da ake samun karuwar cututtukan da ba su saurin yaduwa da kuma mutuwar farad daya, yana da matukar kyau ‘yan Nijeriya su rika lura da kiwon lafiyarsu kamar yadda masana suka tunatar.

Masana al’amuran kiwon lafiya sun jaddada cewa ‘yan Nijeriya na nuna halin ko-in-kula dangane da lafiyarsu, inda suka ce yin hakan na iya jefa su shiga cikin wani mawuyacin hali.

Masanan sun yi bayani kan irin halayya da wasu dabi’u na cutar da lafiya da ‘yan Nijeriya ke yi kullum, kamar rashin motsa jiki, rashin cin abinci mai gina jiki, shan taba, shan giya, rashin samun isasshen bacci, rashin samun yin hutu da kuma rashin tsafta.

A wannan duniyar da ake ciki yanzu abu mai sauki ne ya kasance an samu mutane suna aikata abubuwan da za su kasance matsala ga lafiyarsu a gaba, domin kuwa halayyar ko-in-kula da suke yi na iya kasancewa babbar matsala ga lafiyarsu.

Wani Likita mai suna Dakta Innocent Okoro, ya shai da wa LEADERSHIP cewa, “Daga nau’o’in abincin da muke ci da yadda muke motsa jikinmu da yadda muka dauki al’amarin baccinmu da yadda muke kulawa da kanmu da matakan da muka dauka muna iya taimaka wa lafiyar jikinmu ko mu cutar da ita.”

Da yake kara tabbatar da sahihancin shawarwarin da Dakta Innocent Okoro ya ba da, shugaban kungiyar kula da lafiyar iyali, Dakta Omokhudu Idogho ya yi bayanin cewa cututtukan da ba yaduwa suke yi ba, kamar na hawan jini, cutar siga da wadda ta shafi zuciya sun danganta ne da yadda mutum ke tafiyar da rayuwarsa da kuma dabi’unsu.

 Idogho ya bayyana wa LEADERSHIP cewa rashin motsa jiki shi ke sanadiyar kiba irin wadda ba ta da misali da hawan jini da cutar siga da mai alaka da zuciya, wannan abin ya hada har da shan shisha, an gano tana haifar da cututtuka masu yawa da suka hada da Kansa.

 “Shan giya har ya wuce misali na sanadiyyar kamuwa da cututukan hanta da nau’o’in cutar kansa, wanda yawanci muna kamuwa da cuta, akwai bukatar kulawa da auna nauyi da barin shan taba ko ita kanta giyar, idan kuma ba za a iya bari ba, sai masu shan su san yadda za su rika sha.”

Sai dai duk da hakan, ya ce kungiyar kula da lafiyar iyali tana aiwatar da wasu tsare- tsare wajen ba da taimako kan wurin da mutum zai kare kansa, duk inda yake yin aiki kafada-kafada da al’ummomi su rika yin wasu dabi’un da za su taimaka wa lafiyarsu.

Shi ma a tasa gudunmawar, kwararren likita mai kula da lafiyar iyali a asibitin koyarwa na jami’ar Abuja, Dakta Chira Obiora, ya ce ‘yan Nijeriya su rika lura da irin rayuwar da suke yi. Ya bayyana lafiya a matsayin wata aba ce da jikin mutum yake matukar bukata.

Maganar lafiyar jiki kamar yadda Obiora ya ce abun yana kusa da mutum wanda illahirinsa ya kasance ganinsa da walwalarsa ba sai an yi tambaya ba, kuma mutum kar ya wuce misalin da an gan shi abin ya zama wanda zai kawo wani wasi- wasi.

Ya kara jaddada cewa, “Mu rika tafiyar da rayuwarmu wadda daga karshe ba za ta sa mu shiga matsala ba, domin yawancin abubuwan da muke yi ko fuskanta a kowace rana suna taimakawa ga daukar cututtukan da mukan kamu da su, kai har ma da cututtuka masu hatsari wadanda ba su yaduwa da masu yaduwa, wadannan abubuwan maganar gaskiya su ne ke cutar da mu a kowace rana.

“Mutane su lura da irin rayuwar da suke yi, ko dai su rage ta ko su bari gaba daya da kuma yin tattaki na a kalla kafa 10,000 kowane mako.

“An samu karuwar masu kamuwa da cutar hawan jini da kashi 32.5 a Nijeriya daga kashi 8.2 a shekarar 1990 zuwa kashi 32.5 a 2020. Daga mutane miliyan 3 da suka kamu da cutar hawan jini a shekarar 1990, an samu karuwar mutane miliyan 27 a 2020.

“Kashi 25 na mutane suna share awa shida kowane mako wajen yin waya, kuma hakan na iya taimakawa wajen kamuwa da hawan jini. Matasa da yawa suna kamuwa da hawan jini saboda shan giya, kwaya, rashin aikin yi, karancin albashi mai tsoka, rashin tsaro a kasa, son sai an yi kudi ko ta halin kaka da kuma yin abin da mutum bai da halin yi.

“Jikinmu kowace rana na iya kamuwa da cuta saboda abubuwan mawuyacin halin da muke shiga lokaci zuwa lokaci, misali cunkoson motoci, bakin ciki, al’amuran ofis, matsalar tattalin arziki, ko al’amarin da ya shafi yaki ko rikicin kabilanci a wasu wurare. Akwai abubuwan da suke sa mu shiga wani halin da zai iya sanadiyar kamuwarmu da matsananciyar cuta.

  “Yadda muke tafiyar da rayuwarmu shi ma wani al’amari ne da ya dace mu kula da shi. Mu kula da tsaftarmu da ta muhalli da yin bacci cikin lokaci,” kamar yadda kwararren likita ya bayyana wa LEADERSHIP.

Da yake jan hankalin ‘yan Nijeriya dangane da rayuwar da wasu ke yi da za ta cutar da su zuwa gaba, kwararre a bangaren da ya shafi abinci na kasa da kasa, Dakta Bamidele Omotola ta ce al’amarin da ya shafi yadda ake tafiyar da rayuwa da kula da lafiya abu ne mai muhimmanci, amma mutane da yawa har yanzu sun kasa gane lafiya tana da matukar muhimmanci.

 Ta ce, “Cin abinci mai lafiya yana da matukar muhimmanci, saboda idan mutum ya ci abincin da bai dace ba zai iya kamuwa da rashin lafiya.”

Bisa bayanan masaniyar kiwon lafiyar, ga abubuwan da suka kamata a kula da su a bangaren lafiya kamar haka:

Abinci

Kwararru sun bayyana cewa abinci da kayan marmari suna da matukar muhimmanci ga lafiyar kowane Dan’adam. Sun kara bayanin cewa abincin da ake ci na zamani da ke kunshe cikin kwali ko gwangwani wadanda suka kunshi sikari, mai kitse, suna taimaka wa wajen yin teba ko kiba wadda ba ta da misali da kuma kawo cutar zuciya.

Don haka sai suka yi kira da a kara shan kayan marmari masu yawa da cin ganyayyaki da wasu kayan abinci da suke dauke da dussa ‘fibre’ da sinadaran ‘minerals’ da za su taimaka wa lafiya.

Masana kiwon lafiya sun yi kira da mutane da su rika shan ruwa a kalla lita uku a kowace rana, inda suka ce hakan yana taimaka wa ruwan jiki da sauran wasu abubuwa.

Har ila yau, sun kuma bayar da shawarar rage cin abincin da ke kara kuzari ‘carbohydrate’, haka nan mai kitse sai dai a rika hadawa ganyayyaki masu yawa domin hakan na taimaka wa wajen rage kuzarin da yin wani abu kan sikarin da ke jikin mutum.

 Haka nan, Dakta Omotola ta ce da yake ana kara samun ilimin da ya shafi abinci, “Mun gano cewa irin abincin da muke ci yana da amfani musamman idan ana maganar lafiyar jikinmu. Akwai wasu nau’o’in abincin da suke da ‘casino genic’, ma’ana suna taimaka wa wajen kamuwa da cutar kansa.

“Sai dai kuma kash! nau’o’in abincin su ne wadanda yawancinmu muka fi bukata amma suna cutar da mu. Kamar cin jan nama da kayan lemu masu sikari da zaki, su ne wasu daga cikin abubuwan da ake ke jin dadin ci da sha. Haka kuwa akwai al’amarin abincin da ya kunshi sinadarin kitse ‘fat’ da hukumar lafiya ta duniya da sauran masu fada a ji suka ja kunnen mutane dangane da cin su.

“Abin farinciki da wannan labari ya nuna da akwai wasu nai’o’in abinci da suke maganin kamuwa dacutar kansa. Kamar kayan marmari da ganyayyaki suna matukar kyau ga lafiyarmu. Idan mutum yana cinsu kowace rana, yana kare kanshi daga kamuwa da kansa, saboda su kayan marmarin sun kunshi sinadarain ‘fibre’ da yawa, musamman ga wadanda suka kai shekara 50 ko fiye da haka.

“Haka ma tumatari ma ya kunshi wasu sinadarai da suke maganin kansa da amfani da tafarnuwa da albasa ba kawai suna kara wa abinci armashi ba ne, su ma suna da sinadaran yaki da kansa. Karas yana da amfani wajen yaki da cutar kansa, haka nan ma lemon zaki da na tsami. Mun yi sa’a a Nijeriya saboda wadannan abubuwan ba wuyar samun su ake yi ba.

“Ko da yake wadanda suka riga suka kamu da cututtuka kamar hawan jini da cutar sikari, abu mafi dacewa ne a ce abincinsu ya canza da yadda suke tafiyar da rayuwarsu. Idan kuma wanda bai kamu da daya daga cikin cututtukan ba, matukar har ana son kare kani daga kamuwa, ya kamata a sha lita uku ta ruwa kowace rana. Ya rage cin kwai da rage cin abincin da yake da mai da abinci mai sa kuzari, ya ci abinci da ya kunshi sinadarin ‘bitamin’, sannan ya rage cin gishiri. Wadannan su ne abubuwan da za su taimaka wajen hana kamuwa da daya daga cikin cututtukan.”
